Sahaara Art Studio is operated by Suganya LLC, based in Massachusetts, USA. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Sahaara Art / Suganya LLC, and "you" refers to the customer or site visitor.
1. Our Artwork and Products
1.1 Original Artworks
All original artworks are handmade in our Massachusetts studio. Each piece is unique and may include natural variations in texture, color, and finish. These variations are part of the character and value of original art and are not considered defects.
1.2 Fine Art Prints
Our prints are high-quality reproductions of our original digitally imagined designs. Colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting. We do our best to represent each piece accurately in our product photos.
1.3 Product Availability
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update designs at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with options such as a refund, replacement, or alternative solution.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
• The information you provide (including shipping address and contact details) is accurate and complete.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
2.3 Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle your payment information. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us and our payment providers to process your transaction.
3. Shipping
3.1 General
We ship original artworks and prints to customers around the world. Shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and the type of product.
3.2 Prints
Prints are produced and shipped from our professional print partners, typically from the USA or Europe, depending on your location. All prints are securely packaged and include tracking.
3.3 Original Art
Original artworks are shipped directly from our Massachusetts studio. Domestic orders are typically shipped in double-wall cardboard boxes with protective packaging. For international or freight shipments, artworks may be crated for additional protection.
3.4 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
4.1 Original Art
Because original artworks are custom-made and often tailored to specific client needs, they are generally non-returnable. However, if there is a clear error on our part or a serious issue, we may review your case individually and work with you toward a fair solution.
4.2 Prints
Prints may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem on our side, such as:
• A printing error
• The wrong item was sent
• Verified damage in transit
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos if there is visible damage or an error.
4.3 Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once production or shipping has begun, especially for custom originals or made-to-order prints.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
5.1 Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the steps outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. In general, you will need to:
• Take clear photos of the artwork, the box, the internal packaging, and the shipping label.
• Contact us within the specified time frame with these photos and your order number.
We will review the situation and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement (for prints), repair, or other solution depending on the item.
5.2 Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the best next steps.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Artwork and Content
All artworks, images, designs, text, and other content on this site are the intellectual property of Sahaara Art / Suganya LLC, unless otherwise noted. They are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
6.2 Personal Use Only
When you purchase an artwork or print, you are buying the physical piece (or printed reproduction), not the copyright. You may display the artwork in your home or business, but you may not reproduce, resell digital copies, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Use of the Website
7.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
