Shipping And Returns

When you order a print, it is produced and shipped from the location closest to you. Your order will ship from either the USA or Europe, depending on your delivery address. All prints are shipped directly from our professional print provider’s facility, using high-quality materials and equipment that meet our standards.

Packaging & Tracking
Prints are securely wrapped and packaged to protect them in transit. Every print order includes a tracking number, so you can follow your package from the moment it leaves our print partner to the moment it arrives at your door. Tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping for Original Art

All original artworks are handmade in our Massachusetts studio. Every original ships directly from our studio, where it is carefully inspected and packed by hand.

Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

For domestic orders, original artworks are shipped in double-wall cardboard boxes. We use safe, protective packaging to cushion the artwork and protect corners, surfaces, and frames.

International & Freight Shipping

For overseas orders, or when an original is shipped via freight domestically, the artwork is professionally crated. Crating provides an extra layer of structural protection, ideal for large-scale or high-value pieces traveling longer distances.

Insurance & Tracking

All artworks—both prints and originals—are fully insured during transit. If anything happens in transit, this insurance helps us resolve the issue quickly. Tracking details are sent to you for every shipment, so you always know where your artwork is and when to expect delivery.

Damages

We take packaging and shipping very seriously, but in rare cases, damage can occur in transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps so we can help you as quickly as possible.

What to Do if Your Order Arrives Damaged

  • Do not throw anything away.
  • Within 48 hours of delivery, take clear photos of:
  • The artwork (front and any visible damage)
  • The shipping box (all sides, especially any dents, tears, or holes)
  • The internal wrapping/packaging materials
  • The shipping label (showing the address and tracking information)

Why We Need This Information
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Confirm the extent of the damage
  • Offer you the fastest and fairest resolution (such as a replacement print, repair, or other solution depending on the item).

If you contact us within the 48-hour window and provide the requested photos, we will guide you through the next steps and work with you to make things right.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Art

Original artworks cannot be returned because they are custom-made to each client’s requirements, space, and preferences. However, we understand that art is personal and important. In special situations, we may review concerns on a case-by-case basis. If it is clear that the issue is our fault (for example, a significant error compared to the agreed design or description), we will take full responsibility and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Prints

For prints, exchanges and returns are allowed for up to 14 days after delivery, but only if the problem is from our side, such as: printing errors, the wrong item was sent, or documented damage in transit. If you believe there is an issue with your print: contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Once we review your request, we will let you know the next steps, which may include a replacement print, exchange, or other resolution.
