SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Welcome to the fine print — but don’t worry, we’ve sprinkled it with a bit of glitter and good vibes. Below is everything you need to know about how your art travels, what happens if plans change, and how we handle returns, swaps, and (mild) shipping drama.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We’re not robots churning out prints — we’re a cozy studio sending out real, original art babies into the world.
-
Ready-to-Ship artworks leave our studio in 3–5 business days.
-
Custom commissions and subscription artworks take a little longer — and we’ll always communicate expected timelines with you clearly.
-
You’ll get tracking details the moment your order starts its journey, so you can refresh the page every five minutes like we all do.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We trust only the gentlest hands (a.k.a. reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services) to carry our artworks safely.
All original artworks and subscription shipments are fully insured and trackable, because peace of mind is part of the package.
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S., we might still be able to accommodate — email us, and we’ll check if we can sneak our art past the borders.
CUSTOM AND COMMISSIONED ARTWORK
Custom art is made just for you — your vision, your vibe, your wall.
Because of its bespoke nature, custom pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once we begin, we’re fully committed — so please be sure before we dip our brushes. Minor changes can be made during the sketch or concept phase, but once the magic starts, it’s best to trust the process (and the paint).
OUR (SLIGHTLY OVER-DRAMATIC)RETURN POLICY
We get it — sometimes love at first sight turns into “maybe it’s not you, it’s my wall color.” If you’re having second thoughts, no worries!
You have 14 days to send the artwork back to us, no heartbreak involved.
--> But here’s the fine (and funny) print:
Changed your mind? That’s okay — art is emotional.
You’ll just need to cover the return shipping.
(We spent our budget on paint, :D)
-- > Pack it like a pro.
The art must come back looking exactly how it left — no bruises, bends, or Picasso-level surprises.
Basically, if it came in a box fit for royalty, send it back like it’s still wearing the crown.
No ghosting :D
Just shoot us an email before sending anything back, so we know to fluff the welcome pillow for its return.
So yes, we accept returns… but we’d much rather stay on your walls forever💛
👉 Questions? Send us a note. We're friendly. And mostly covered in paint.
📦 OH NO! IS YOUR ART FEELING A LITTLE CRACKED OUT?
We pack our art like it’s royalty flying first class — bubble-wrapped, boxed, and practically tucked in with a lullaby. But once it leaves our hands and enters the wild world of shipping carriers, strange things can happen. If your piece arrives looking like it survived a bar fight with a forklift — don’t panic. Here's what to do:
Step 1: Snap It Like the Paparazzi
Whip out your phone and take clear photos of:
-
The damaged artwork (ouch)
-
The box, packaging, and any suspicious-looking dents or drama
-
Everything as-is, before moving anything
Send the photos to us within 48 hours of delivery — don’t wait, we need that CSI-level documentation while the evidence is fresh.
Step 2: Don’t Toss a Thing!
Seriously. Keep all the original packaging materials — the box, bubble wrap, foam, air pillows, mystical art-protecting vibes — everything. The shipping carrier or insurance folks may want to examine it like a crime scene, and if they show up and the scene has been... “cleaned”... well, things get tricky.
Step 3: Sit Tight (and Email Us)
Once we have your photos and info, we’ll handle things from there. If the shipping gremlins are at fault, we’ll work on a resolution that makes it right — refund, remake, or a gentle exorcism for your delivery route.
💌 Just email: [hello@sahaaraart]

We’ve got your back, always — even when the mail gets wild.
🔄 SUBSCRIBERS- TIME TO SWAP THE ART?
First off — how lucky is that box? It just got to carry a one-of-a-kind artwork. 🎨✨ When your subscription period is over (or you're simply ready for a fresh splash of inspiration on your wall), here’s how to send your art baby back home safely, beautifully, and sustainably:
Step 1: Enjoy the Art, Save the Box
When your artwork arrives in its luxurious, cushioned, and dangerously good-looking box, go ahead — unbox that beauty, hang it up, bask in its glory...
BUT DO NOT (we repeat, do not) toss the box!
This isn’t your average cardboard box — it’s part packaging, part sculpture. Save it as is, so we can use it for the next round of art magic.
Step 2: When It’s Time to Swap
When you’re ready for a new artwork to grace your walls:
-
We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (yes, insured and everything).
-
Just print it out, affix it to the box, and send the current artwork back to us.
-
No need to overthink it — we’re just doing a little art shuffle.
Step 3: Help Us Stay Beautiful (and Green 💚)
Here’s a little pro tip:
If you’ve got stretch wrap film (the clear clingy kind), you can wrap it around the box and stick the label on top of that.
That way, the box stays clean and pristine, and we can reuse it for more art journeys ahead. Bonus: the planet sends you a virtual high five. 🖐️🌎
Quick Reminders:
-
Pack the artwork just like it arrived — cushioned, snug, and classy.
-
Reuse every bit of the original packaging. Yes, even the squishy parts.
-
Don't panic if you lost something — just email us and we’ll help.
✨ Thank you for being part of this rotating art adventure — every swap keeps creativity flowing, waste low, and walls endlessly inspiring.

A WORD ON SUSTAINABILITY
We believe good art shouldn’t cost the Earth. That’s why we create durable, beautiful, and reusable packaging. Every box you receive is not just a container — it’s part of the experience. So please reuse it for returns, rotations, or even for hiding chocolate from your kids. (Hey, we don’t judge :D)
POLICY UPDATES a.k.a WE ARE LEARNING AS WE GO
We’re artists, not policy robots. So as we grow, ship more, and learn from the little surprises the world throws at us (hello, mysterious shipping delays), our policies may evolve.
If we spot a better way to do things, we’ll update this page — always with transparency, kindness, and maybe a dad joke or two. Check back occasionally, or don’t — we’ll still love you.
