How do I maintain and clean my textured painting or canvas print?

Our prints are made with UV-resistant inks and archival-grade materials, so it won't fade over time. To clean, simply use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently remove dust. And our original paintings are made using archival grade highest quality heavy body acrylic paints. Never use water or cleaning chemicals, especially on textured original paintings, as this can affect the acrylic layers. But in rare cases using a wet cloth to slightly wipe over stains or spots is ok. Make sure to dry the area well.

Can I see the progress of my commissioned original painting?

Yes! Because our original paintings are "Made-to-Order," we believe in a transparent creative process. If you request it, we can provide a brief update or a "studio snap" of your piece during the 4–6 week creation window so you can see your masterpiece coming to life.

Also, all the pictures of the original paintings will be shared with you before shipping, so you know what you are getting. In rare cases where you might still want some changes, we will be happy to accommodate it too ...
