Shipping & Handling

Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. I ship all pieces with full insurance coverage, so your purchase is protected from the moment it leaves my studio until it arrives at your doorstep.

In Case of Transit Damage

If your artwork arrives in a damaged condition, please:

• Take clear photographs of the damaged item and the outer/inner packaging.

• Retain all packaging materials, as they are required for insurance claims.

• Contact me promptly with the details, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, the artwork will be replaced, refunded, or repaired, ensuring you are fully taken care of.

Frame Damage

If only the frame is damaged during shipping, a replacement frame will be shipped separately. Detailed instructions will also be provided to help you install the new frame with ease.

Frames

Each artwork is paired with a handmade floater frame, carefully crafted from real hardwoods such as walnut, cherry, maple, and other premium solid woods. These frames are not machine-made — they are cut, assembled, and finished by hand with a level of care and precision that makes every frame unique.

Adding to their charm, the frames are made by a kind gentleman in his retired years, who pours his patience and skill into each piece. His craftsmanship ensures that every frame is strong, elegant, and perfectly suited to the artwork it holds. It is his touch that gives the frames their timeless quality — a blend of dedication and artistry.

What is a Floater Frame?

A floater frame is a contemporary style of framing where the artwork does not touch the edges of the frame. Instead, it appears to “float” within it, with a subtle gap between the canvas and the wooden frame. This creates an illusion of depth and shadow, giving the artwork a gallery-quality presentation. It enhances the texture, adds airiness, and allows the piece to stand out beautifully against any wall.

Frame Care Instructions

• Keep frames away from direct sunlight to preserve the natural wood tone.

• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth — avoid using water or chemical sprays.

• If the wood finish looks dry over time, it can be refreshed with a light coat of natural wood polish.

• Always handle with care when moving or rehanging to avoid scratches or dents.

These floater frames are designed not only to protect the artwork but also to elevate it — adding dimension, elegance, and a sense of permanence.

Return & Exchange Policy

Each artwork is custom-made to order, created specifically in the size and design chosen by you. Because of this personalization, returns and exchanges are generally not possible — as finding another collector who wants the exact same piece in the exact same size can be very challenging.

That said, I deeply value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. To ensure this:

• Photos and videos of the finished artwork will be shared with you before shipping.

• If you would like any changes, I will be more than happy to accommodate them, as long as they are possible within the design and medium.

• If, after receiving the artwork, there is a genuine issue, I will review it on a case-by-case basis to make sure the situation is handled with fairness and care.

Your happiness matters to me, and while returns may not always be feasible, I will always do my best to make sure you are delighted with your piece.

Processing Time

Every artwork is made to order, ensuring it is created exclusively for you. Because each piece is carefully hand-textured and needs adequate time to dry completely, the general processing time for creation and shipping within the USA is approximately 4–6 weeks.

Once the artwork is completed and fully dried:

• I will share photos and videos of the finished piece with you.

• After your approval, the artwork will be securely packaged and shipped to your address.

This process ensures that you receive not only a freshly created artwork but also one that has been given the proper time to cure and preserve its textures beautifully.

Customization Options

I understand that art is deeply personal, and I am always open to tailoring it to your vision:

• Colors: If you would like the design in a specific color palette, I can incorporate it. When possible, I will prepare samples first and share them with you before making changes on the actual artwork. This avoids surprises and ensures that both you, the client, and I, as the artist, are in full agreement.

• Minor Adjustments: Small refinements within the scope of the chosen design can be done at no additional cost, as long as they are requested before the artwork is started.

• Major Customizations: If the customization requires significant changes, time, or additional work, a customization fee will apply. These charges are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of the request.

This collaborative process ensures that the final artwork reflects both my artistic vision and your personal preferences — a piece we both feel proud of.

My practice is rooted in bringing calm, balance, and quiet strength into interiors, whether through the purity of whites or the depth of textures. Every line, layer, and stroke is intentionally placed, so the artwork resonates not only as décor but as an experience of serenity.

To honor its uniqueness, each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, personally signed and dated by me, the artist. This certificate guarantees that your artwork is a genuine, one-of-a-kind creation, carrying my name and my promise of quality.

Owning one of my artworks means holding something deeply personal — a creation that is not reproduced, but made specifically with care, intention, and reverence for the space it will inhabit.
